Here at Carbank Auto sales located in Miami, Florida we have sold all the years ranging from early 2000's to late model Econolines. Our clients who need a demanding Cargo van that can handle High mileage and payload have always been satisfied with the Ford Econoline Performance.  The Ford E-Series Van can handle just about any task imaginable. There are two Gasoline engines for the E-Series. 

     The first which is the 4.6L V8 that standard in the E-150 and E-250 trims. When mated with the 4-speed automatic transmission with standard overdrive the small V8 puts out 225 hp at 4,800 rpm and with 286 lb-ft of torque at 3,500 rpm. All this power is good to tow up to 6,500 pounds of trailer while still saving you fuel at an estimated 13/17 mpg on regular gas.

     The second Engine in the Econoline series is the 5.4-liter producing 255-hp at 4,500 rpm mounted again with the 4-speed automatic transmission which is standard in the Ford E-350 series and also available with both the E-150 and E-250 trims. This Mid-size V8 puts down 350 lb-ft of torque at 2,500 rpm and can tow up to 7,500 pounds with estimated gas mileage at 12/15 mpg
